We enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay in a Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath, where we loved relaxing in the warm rooftop pool and using the spa services. The atmosphere was great for unwinding, but the A/C did act up a bit during the night. Make sure to check out nearby breakfast spots for better options than the hotel's! 😊

Great location close to everything.

I experienced multiple disappointments during my stay. The air conditioning was unreliable, shutting off randomly, which made sleeping difficult. The breakfast was a letdown since we had to leave the hotel to redeem a voucher for just toast and coffee.

The modern decor of our suite and the stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views were highlights of our stay. Plus, the accommodating staff made us feel welcomed throughout our visit.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the modern and clean room, along with a comfy bed for a restful sleep. However, the noise from the nearby bar was quite bothersome at night, and the A/C gave us trouble.

the location of senses quinta avenida hotel by artisan was perfect for us, just a few steps from everything. we loved the rooftop pool, which was warm and offered stunning views day or night. our deluxe suite with spa bath was modern, clean, and had a comfy bed. the staff was nice and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable.

The location on 5th Avenue couldn't be better, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues, including hair and debris found in the room upon arrival, and the jacuzzi at the pool was in poor condition, releasing green bubbles. Breakfast options were extremely lacking, with tiny portions and low-quality items that didn't meet the expectations of a continental offering.

The rooftop pool was a dream, providing fine views of the sunset that took my breath away! Our spacious Beautiful Suite with Spa Bath was modern and super comfy-where I felt refreshed after a long day of exploring. The staff was accommodating, helping.

I had a great time! The rooftop pool is stunning, especially at sunset, and the suite was modern and very comfy. However, the wifi was spotty at times.

Noise from the street can be disruptive, particularly if you end up with a room facing the road. The air conditioning can be inconsistent, shutting off in the middle of the night, though the ceiling fan helps a bit. The breakfast situation is a hassle. you have to leave the hotel for a half-hearted meal voucher that only covers toast and a coffee. Also, be prepared to pay extra for sun loungers at a nearby hotel as the pool area lacks them.

I had a lovely stay this time in playa del carmen. The rooftop pool was warm and provided amazing views My beautiful suite was modern and clean, far exceeding my previous experiences at other hotels.
